With over 25 years of leadership across cloud, SaaS, robotics, and enterprise technology, Sumit has built and led global support organizations at companies including Juniper Networks, Cisco, TIBCO, AWS, Dexterity and Skydio.
At CarevantiX, Sumit brings together deep customer experience expertise and modern AI to help small and mid-sized businesses automate front-line support, reduce operational friction, and convert customer conversations into revenue-generating opportunities.
He holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University and is based in San Francisco Bay Area, California.
