9.3 Cap on Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11.3 Effect of Termination

12. Force Majeure

Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, government actions, or network failures.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under Ukrainian arbitration rules, if both parties agree in writing.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Company regarding the subject matter hereof.

14.2 Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through email or prominent notice on our Website. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
